This is the privacy policy of all projects own by DexSterCodes and his organisations. This document applies to those projects where it has been officially mentioned by DexSterCodes. We collect some data from the users for working and functional purpose of our project. This document does not supersede the Developer Terms of Service.

Among the types of personal data collected by our projects, by itself or using 3rd Parties, there are Cookies, Usage Data, username, picture, etc. will be cleared in further reading of this document.

These Data will be collected automatically, if a project is configured(by means of Discord or it's user) to perform certain actions by server manager. These features are always opt-in, and thus this data will be collected unless corresponding feature is enabled.

Data Collected Automatically
This data may be collected automatically by some projects. This data is used to provide statistics or history data. For any project that collect this data, it is necessary for features provided in our projects.

Any data needed for standard operation of our projects, such as server permissions (this data is stored in cache only while the project is running)
Data Collected via Authorization
This data may be collected when authorizing an application, such as when logging in to a site via Discord Oauth2. This data is also outlined on the authorization page.

List of guilds (servers) your account is connected to.

Terminology

Server Manager - Anyone who has the ability to add a bot to a server or configure the bot for the server. This is usually an administrator or moderator.

Server Member - Anyone who is a member of server to which one of the bots has been added.

Service User - Anyone who authorizes an application (logs in) for a scope that provides additional information

Rights of Users

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner.

In particular, Users have the right to do the following:

Withdraw their consent at any time. Users have the right to withdraw consent where they have previously given their consent to the processing of their Personal Data.

Object to processing of their Data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their Data if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent. Further details are provided in the dedicated section below.

Access their Data. Users have the right to learn if Data is being processed by the Owner, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the Data undergoing processing.
