Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy of all projects own by DexSterCodes and his organisations. This document applies to those projects where it has been officially mentioned by DexSterCodes. We collect some data from the users for working and functional purpose of our project. This document does not supersede the Developer Terms of Service.

This document can be printed for reference by using the print command in the settings of any browser.

Owner and Data Controller

Types of Data collected:

Among the types of personal data collected by our projects, by itself or using 3rd Parties, there are Cookies, Usage Data, username, picture, etc. will be cleared in further reading of this document.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using our projects. Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by our projects and services and services and services is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for our projects and services and service provide its services. In cases where our projects and services and services specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.

Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.

Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by our projects and services and services or by the owners of third-party services used by our projects and services and services serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.

Data Collected By Command:

The following items may be collected and stored when in:tentionally provided by a users (usually by means of a command). This data will not be collected automatically. When providing data in this way, you forego any rights to the content of the data provided.

  • Links to external accounts, Email addresses, timezones, identification information (profiles).

  • Server configurations.

  • Event-organization data (contests, giveaways).

  • Archives of messages.

  • Data and content for automated tasks (reminders, afk).

  • Saved references, urls, or text (tags, playlists).

 

Data Collected When Enabled

These Data will be collected automatically, if a project is configured(by means of Discord or it's user) to perform certain actions by server manager. These features are always opt-in, and thus this data will be collected unless corresponding feature is enabled.

  • Logs of chat messages (serverlogs).

  • List of a member's roles (role persistence).

 

Data Collected Automatically

This data may be collected automatically by some projects. This data is used to provide statistics or history data. For any project that collect this data, it is necessary for features provided in our projects.

  • Previous usernames.

  • Date and Time of last activity.

  • Feature usage statistics.

  • Any data needed for standard operation of our projects, such as server permissions (this data is stored in cache only while the project is running)

 

Data Collected via Authorization

This data may be collected when authorizing an application, such as when logging in to a site via Discord Oauth2. This data is also outlined on the authorization page.

  • Username, Discord ID, Avatar Data.

  • List of guilds (servers) your account is connected to.

  • E-mail address.

  • Discord account connections (such as Steam, Reddit, etc).

 

 Terminology

  • Server Manager - Anyone who has the ability to add a bot to a server or configure the bot for the server. This is usually an administrator or moderator.

  • Server Member - Anyone who is a member of server to which one of the bots has been added.

  • Service User - Anyone who authorizes an application (logs in) for a scope that provides additional information

  • Rights of Users

  • Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner.

  • In particular, Users have the right to do the following:

  • Withdraw their consent at any time. Users have the right to withdraw consent where they have previously given their consent to the processing of their Personal Data.

  • Object to processing of their Data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their Data if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent. Further details are provided in the dedicated section below.

  • Access their Data. Users have the right to learn if Data is being processed by the Owner, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the Data undergoing processing.

  • Verify and seek rectification. Users have the right to verify the accuracy of their Data and ask for it to be updated or corrected.

  • Restrict the processing of their Data. Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of their Data. In this case, the Owner will not process their Data for any purpose other than storing it.

  • Have their Personal Data deleted or otherwise removed. Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of their Data from the Owner.

  • Receive their Data and have it transferred to another controller. Users have the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that the Data is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract which the User is part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.

  • Lodge a complaint. Users have the right to bring a claim before their competent data protection authority.

  • Details about the right to object to processing Where Personal Data is processed for a public interest, in the exercise of an official authority vested in the Owner or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner, Users may object to such processing by providing a ground related to their particular situation to justify the objection.

  • Users must know that, however, should their Personal Data be processed for direct marketing purposes, they can object to that processing at any time without providing any justification. To learn, whether the Owner is processing Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, Users may refer to the relevant sections of this document.

  • How to exercise these rights? Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the contact details provided in this document. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed by the Owner as early as possible and always within one month.

Feedback on our projects and services and services and services is appreciated. When you submit comments, suggestions, bug reports, and any other forms of feedback, you forego any rights to the content, title, or intent of the provided feedback. Additionally, the feedback may be utilized in any way.

By using any of our projects and services in Discord or not consenting to the policies outlined in this document. In addition, you (the server manager) are agreeing to inform your members of the Developer Terms of Service and the contents of this document. If you, the server manager, do not agree to this document, you are not recommended to use our projects and services. If you, the server member, do not agree to this document, you are not recommended to use our projects and services. If you, the service user, do not agree to this document, you may revoke authorization of the application(s) in your 'Authorized Apps' menu.

Note: Mostly our projects and services are related to Discord for now and this privacy policy implies on those project to in respect with Discord TOS (Terms and Services).
